Love fashion?
Don’t miss this exclusive (and edible!) haute couture event!

Friday, October 13th - 7:00-9:30 PM

On Friday night, the show floor will be transformed into a high-fashion haven, where haute chocolate couture and sinfully delectable designs will dominate the runway. More than one dozen celebrated sugar, cake, and chocolate artisans will masterfully design these edible ensembles that will take over the catwalk to showcase a new wave of fashion that will melt in your mouth. A multitude of mediums will be used to create these mouthwatering designs including cake, chocolate, fondant, pulled sugar, blown sugar, royal icing, and much more.

But wait – the news gets even more delicious! Orlando’s leading fashion stylist/blogger Melanie Pace and Emily Ellyn, a Food Network fan favorite, chef, culinary educator, and food blogger, have teamed up to co-host and promote the 2017 fashion show. Proceeds from the fashion show will benefit Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida. For every fashion show ticket purchased, Second Harvest can provide up to $90 worth of groceries for struggling families, seniors, kids, veterans, and others. Your participation in this event will help close the gap on hunger in Central Florida.

You’re invited to join an exclusive group of edible fashion artists!

As a leader in the field of sugar, cake, and chocolate artistry, we would like to invite you to submit an application for the Sugar Art Fashion Show Sponsored by Cake Central, to take place in Orlando, on Friday, October 13, 2017, at the Americas Cake Fair hosted by Satin Ice.

The inaugural Cake Fair – the first show of its kind in North and South America held here in 2015 - became an immediate sensation among professionals and consumers alike.
