REALISTIC HAM CAKE

Class Description: Students will learn how master food realism by creating a Ham perfect for the holidays! The students will watch me carve a cake into the shape of the ham. How to create texture and color realism. Each student will cover a styrofoam and foil cake dummy shaped as a ham. Texture and color. Students will also learn how to create realistic pineapple slices that feel and look realistic.

Supplies Needed: 8" Styrofoam Ball, Rolling pin, X-Acto knife, Turntable, Plate or cake board, Wafer paper, Scissors, Bowl, Shaping tools and Box to take home the project.
