Class Description: A contemporary cake class designed for people in the cake business, an efficient way to decorate beautifully and save timespent on decorating. This class is also designed specially for people in the cake business who are afraid to paint in their cakes!!! no printing on icing / sugar sheets, no edible markers will be used. It's all fondant on fondant! No special cutters need. At the end of the class the students will learn how to do fondant inlays efficiently and neatly with a flat surface as the end result, they will also learn how to make flat and fine stripes of fondant the easy way.
Supplies Needed: 10” round cake board, rolling pin, fondant smoother, fondant mat, pizza cutter, clay/fondant extruder, ruler, x-acto knife/paring knife
