Class Description: Fondant Fundamentals of Structure, Balance and Texture is a Beginner interactive demonstration where Mercedes will cover any questions you may have in regards to structure, support, smoothness and texture of fondant. Dowels are very important for structure and support of any cake and many cake artists today do not know how to use them well. Mercedes will cover and demonstrate the correct way to prevent cake disasters and will enlighten you during this 1 hour demonstration
