BUTTERCREAM FLOWERS IN A SCULPTURED VASE

Demo Description: Learn the techniques involved in sculpturing a vase from cake and rice krispies. Icing tips will be given on frosting a dome shaped cake.  Various piped flowers such as roses, hydrangeas, mums, dahlias and berries will be shown using buttercream.  Brush embroidery techniques on the sides of the vase will also be demonstrated using buttercream.
